The Senior Financial Analyst - Sales & Marketing will be a key member of the FP&A team, directly supporting the Sales & Marketing leadership team in achieving their growth and profitability goals. This position will focus on providing visibility and insight of the financials to key stakeholders, as well as improving processes along the way. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, highly analytical and possesses the ability to effectively communicate their findings.

What You'll Be Doing . . .

  • Lead the financial budget and rolling forecast processes for our Sales & Marketing organization.
  • Develop in-depth financial analyses identifying key drivers, trends, and variances to improve financial performance.
  • Conduct analysis on the bookings conversion to revenue lifecycle and assist with revenue forecasting
  • Manage cost control processes for the organization, including, review and approval of purchase requests, purchase orders, and headcount requisition requests.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to leverage best practices and develop key insights into the business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and provide recommendations where relevant.
  • Effectively manage ad hoc requests as needed.

What You Need to Have . . .

  • Minimum 4+ years professional work experience in corporate finance with a focus on financial planning and analysis; experience supporting Sales or Marketing functions a plus
  • Experience with the SaaS business model and concepts around Bookings, Churn, etc.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt quickly and support changing needs of the business
  • Proficient in Financial Planning Tools & Systems
