Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue to join Procore’s rapidly growing Financial Planning and Analysis team. In this highly critical and visible role, you’ll build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis related to Revenue that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions.

As a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue, you’ll apply your strong analytical and interpersonal skills to develop partnerships with Revenue leaders in order to assess and deliver analysis to drive decision-making. Attention to detail, determined work ethic, excel proficiency, and willingness to roll up your sleeves are must-haves to succeed in this role.

This position reports to our Senior Director, FP&A, and can be based in Austin, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, at our HQ in Carpinteria, CA or any remote location in the US. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the preparation and planning of Bookings and Revenue materials used for executive level decision-making.

  • ​Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Revenue Operations leaders to deliver Bookings plans that incorporate company strategies, historical challenges, and areas of opportunity. ​Use complete sentences

  • Work with International and Strategy leadership teams to assess new market penetration and the impacts to our top line.​

  • Lead the analysis to translate Bookings to Revenue figures that are then used in our guidance figures when speaking to research analysts and investors. ​

  • Synthesize complex models and analyses into outcome-oriented, visual presentations

  • Collaborate with department-facing FP&A Business Partner Analysts to produce reports and critical insights for the SVP of Finance and Chief Financial Officer. 

  • Utilize company data to model, design, develop, and maintain ad-hoc and automated financial dashboards, reports, and metrics

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or other related areas

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting

  • Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is required

  • Experience performing in-depth financial analysis, communicating and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders, and leading critical projects that impact the entire company 

  • Hungry, yet humble, and full of energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Ability and desire to take initiative on new problems (with unknown variables) given we are a high growth SaaS organization

  • Experience in a SaaS environment a plus

  • Experience with Financial Management systems, such as Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc. is a plus

Procore Austin is the second largest of our offices, occupying six floors in the Chase Tower at the center of downtown Austin.
