We are looking for a Financial Analyst with the analytical skills and strategic thinking to help drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that provides finance support to business partners as well as offering scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. You will research and analyze financial information as well as provide data-driven support to management for decision making.
Job Duties

  • Manage operating budget for the G&A functions to help scale the business
  • Analyze financial results by comparing plans/forecast with actuals
  • Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
  • Drive the yearly financial planning process for G&A functions
  • Prepare financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits as requested
  • Develop and track benchmarking metrics to identify emerging risks and opportunities for the company
  • Increase productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements
  • Learn Adaptive Insights financial planning tool


Skills/Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Experience
  • BS in Finance or Accounting
  • Previous experience with Adaptive Insights or other Financial Planning Software preferred
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Financial modeling expertise
  • Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems
  • Ability to understand the business and collect/report data that is both accurate and meaningful to the business & leadership teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
