Responsibilities 

-FP&A: Run the month end close process and prepare board & executive level reporting of financial results & key performance indicators (KPIs)

-Financial modeling: Maintain and develop the company financial model with a deep understanding of all inputs and interdependencies

-Revenue Forecasting & Reporting: Manage by client revenue forecast and prepare board and executive level revenue reporting on a bi-weekly basis

-Payments & Invoicing: Lead process for client invoicing and clinician payments in collaboration with ops and accounting teams

-Strategic & Ad Hoc Analysis: Support senior leadership team with in-depth analysis of the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and pricing and produce actionable financial insights


Qualifications

-6+ Years of Experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance/FP&A at a high-growth startup or well-established company

-Experience with banking - ACH/wire transfers, internal controls, etc. is a plus

-Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

-Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills. Best practices are second-nature, you can handle complexity but you strive for simplicity

-Solid understanding of enterprise-level financial systems and processes

-Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn)

-Experience with Netsuite is a must
