We are currently looking for a seasoned FP&A expert to join our growing Finance team. This role will own Finance for Product Management and Engineering teams. As a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager, you will interact with the EVP of Product and his staff as well as the rest of the FP&A team. This is an individual contributor role, with a possibility of adding an analyst reporting to you in the future as the company grows. This role reports to our Senior Director of FP&A. This role is suitable for someone who is ready to progress past senior analyst (or already has) and is comfortable remaining individual contributor for now.
Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the revenue team to track product level revenue and profitability growth.
  • Help PM and Engineering teams build investment cases and establish long term strategic initiatives.
  • Assist business leaders in forecasting expense needs and provide insights from budget to actual analyses.
  • Establish key performance indicators that drive financial performance and determine target levels for each KPI. Ensure there are plans in place to achieve the targets.
  • Identify high impact projects and drive them to conclusion, resulting in positive outcomes for the business.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 6+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years of FP&A experience
  • Experience in the Software industry is a strong plus
  • Experience in a finance role working with Product Management and/or Engineering is a strong plus
  • Strong business partnering skills
  • Confidence to make recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
