What you'll do at TrendKite:

• Assist with Accounts Receivable, including creating invoices, applying payments and collecting on past due balances
• Assist in managing Accounts Receivable email inbox
• Manage Accounts Payable Responsible for processing invoices and issuing payments
• Audit of expense reports, verifying receipts and ensuring compliance of companies expense policies
• Manage Accounts Payable email inbox
• File forms 1099 at year end
• Assist with month end close tasks
• Adhere to weekly and monthly departmental deadlines while working as needed to meet management expectations
• Complete special ad hoc projects on an as needed basis

What you bring to the table:

• Experience working with QuickBooks
• Experience working with Salesforce and Expensify preferred
• 2+ years of relevant working experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (or relevant working experience)
