Staff Accountant

Working under the direction of the Controller, you will be able to maintain financial reports, analyze budgets, and perform general bookkeeping while working in a collaborative environment which meets and exceeds deadlines. You should be self-motivated and excited for new challenges daily.

What you’ll do

• Accounts Payable processing
• Bank account reconciliations
• Short-term Cash forecasting
• Monthly journal entries
• Assistance with third party audits/reviews
• Ad hoc financial analysis

What you’ll have 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Organizational/analytical skills
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Ability to perform bank account and general ledger account reconciliations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in various ERPs a plus (Netsuite, Sage Intacct, QB Online)
• Software Accounting experience is a plus
