Position Overview:

Forcepoint is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Global Finance organization. This position will play a key role in the growing Treasury Management and Corporate Reporting (Treasuring & Reporting) team within the Financial Planning Analysis (FP&A) function. The Treasury & Reporting team is responsible for banking & insurance administration and cash flow management & forecasting, in addition to consolidating key reporting deliverables related to balance sheet and income statements.

This role offers unique development opportunities as it will both have hands-on in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and exposure to strategic planning at a corporate level. A successful candidate will embrace opportunities to take on new challenges and expand his or her understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis as a whole.

Job Description:

This position will take a hands-on role in Sarbanes-Oxley controls related to Forcepoint’s treasury function. Associated tasks include analyzing and maintaining company bank account access controls and related documentation, executing company risk management strategies, and coordinating among various Forcepoint functions in support of treasury operations. The Treasury Analyst will work closely with the other members of the Treasury & Reporting team to authorize banking transactions to meet expected operational cash and foreign currency needs across the globe. In addition to working across Finance, this position will interface with external vendors, banks, and other key Forcepoint business partners. This position requires a motivated candidate looking for a challenging role that requires initiative and an ability to balance competing priorities.

• Banking controls & administration

• Foreign Exchange (FX) exposure tracking, hedging activities, and risk management

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or applicable field
• 1+ years of Finance, Accounting or applicable experience
