We’re looking for a VP of Finance to join our rapidly growing team. Are you a seasoned finance executive with experience working in SaaS businesses? Are you comfortable directing the financial operations and strategic decisions for a high-growth startup? Can you develop and structure accurate financial information that drives actionable insights? As VP of Finance, you’ll be responsible for the financial data and forecast models that power decision-making for the entire company. You’ll spend your time working with executives on departmental budgeting and forecasting, creating weekly finance reporting for the CEO, approving month end closes, and helping to develop and manage KPIs used for reporting to investors and employees. You’ll be the decision maker on the systems, tools and processes for our financial operations. No task is too big or small for you, whether it’s performing a historical audit or our financials or setting up financial workflows for internal teams to follow. We are looking for a bias toward action and an obsession for details. 

You’re good at:

-Setting up scalable financial operations and workflows for the entire company

-Being a perfectionist when it comes to data integrity and spotting inconsistencies where others might miss them

-Leveraging software to automate workflows and improve process efficiency

-Developing short and long range forecasts with clear assumptions

-Properly managing the financial health and cashflow for businesses

-Accurately developing strategic insights that result in a financially healthy company 

You have:

-Deep expertise in accounting and finance 

-Mastery of accounting principles and financial software

-Experience developing forecast models and structured reports

-Prior success leading the finance function at a high-growth SaaS startup

-An interest in the real estate industry (a passion is a plus)
