About the Role 

Matic is looking for a talented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who can move seamlessly between B2B and B2C creative needs, delivering polished, on-brand assets that help drive growth, engagement, and sales.

You’ll work across a variety of projects — from sales enablement materials and thought leadership content to email campaigns and event marketing. We’re looking for someone who is creative, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.


Responsibilities
  • Design and refresh a wide range of marketing materials, including:
  • Sales collateral such as pitch decks, flyers, case studies
  • Content marketing assets such as whitepapers, reports, and infographics
  • Email graphics and layouts
  • Conference and event materials such as signage, booth graphics, handouts, and swag
  • Occasional website or landing page design support

Requirements
  • Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work
  • Ability to design for both professional B2B audiences and consumer-facing B2C audiences
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, brand consistency, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in programs such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google slides
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness
  • Familiarity with mortgage, insurance, fintech, or real estate industries is a plus
  • HTML email experience is a plus

Engagement Details
  • Freelance / contractor role
  • Approximately 5–10 hours per month, depending on project volume
  • Hours may vary month to month based on business needs
  • Remote, flexible schedule with agreed-upon deadlines
