About this role:
Atmosphere is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist with a passion for logistics, and a sharp understanding of shipping, receiving, and vendor management. As an Atmosphere Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for the timely shipment and receiving of Atmosphere orders, assisting in inventory management, managing vendors, and supporting multiple internal customers. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform a wide range of warehouse functions; including labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed products to various locations, etc.
• Be a consultant to the account executives, account managers, and customer support representatives to answer questions and provide insight on customers awaiting Atmosphere devices
• Perform administrative and physical duties related to shipping/receiving
• Fulfill and organize orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate
• Create accurate shipping documentation
• Handle routine questions and problems related to shipping/receiving of goods
• Log order information into Zendesk and our CRM systems for tracking and measurement
• Focus on the entire shipping process for hard goods; physical labor is required
• We focus on excellent customer service and we take pride and great care in every order we fill for our customers
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• One (1) or more years of professional experience with shipping/receiving, vendor management, and/or inventory management
• Proven experience supporting multiple internal and external customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects while paying strict attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with high performing teams
