Are you a closer who thrives on the thrill of early-stage building and wants to own sales from the first “hello” to the signed contract?

Agently is hiring our first Full-Cycle Sales Closer—a gritty, strategic, and insanely driven individual who will build, run, and scale our sales motion. This is a high-impact, zero-politics, roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity to shape the future of a venture-backed real estate SaaS company and disrupt a $200B+ industry.

🏢 About Agently

Real estate is changing fast—and Agently is at the forefront of that transformation.

We help real estate teams and brokerages drive agent performance through a powerful all-in-one platform that combines training (LMS), coaching (activity & goal tracking), communication (Slack-style), and collaboration (Intranet). Think of us as the operating system for high-performance real estate teams.

Backed by top investors and already serving leading brokerages across the U.S., we’re on a mission to help real estate professionals work smarter, close more deals, and win in today’s competitive market.

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Own the entire sales funnel—from prospecting and cold calling to demos and signed deals

  • Get scrappy: Use email, phone, LinkedIn, DM, whatever it takes to reach top real estate decision-makers

  • Use our sales playbooks, scripts, objection handling, and CRM processes

  • Partner closely with the founder to improve go-to-market strategy, pricing, messaging, and positioning

  • Close deals. Then close more deals. Then build a team to help you close even more.

  • Be ready for long hours (sometimes), fast pivots, and big wins—and be excited by that idea

🎯 You’re a Fit If You…

  • Have 1–3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience (real estate tech is a major plus)

  • Have SDR grit and AE polish—you love the hunt and the close

  • Are an operator and a builder—you think in processes, not just calls and quotas

  • Looking for founder-level impact and upside, not just a comfy W2 gig

  • Have excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone, on Zoom, and in writing

  • Have a growth mindset, thick skin, and a “whatever it takes” attitude

💎 What We Offer

  • 💰 Very competitive salary with aggressive performance incentives

  • 📈 Equity—we mean it when we say co-founding team

  • 🌍 Hybrid role - remote-friendly, but preferably Austin-based

  • 🧠 Direct access to founders, strategic decisions, and investors

⚡ Why Now?

Agently is already being used by some of the top real estate teams in the country—and we're just getting started. The industry is ripe for reinvention, and the winners will be those who move fast, execute relentlessly, and build with intention. That’s us. Is it you?
