About the role:  

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to take the helm of our global operations. This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned leader who will not only drive business performance but also serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, contributing significantly to the overall direction and success of the company. The ideal candidate will possess a compelling blend of operational expertise, mature leadership capabilities, and a dynamic entrepreneurial mindset, enabling them to navigate complex global challenges and capitalize on new opportunities. This role demands a leader who can inspire and empower teams, optimize processes, and consistently deliver against ambitious growth targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of global operations including strategy, finance, sales, marketing, HR, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute business plans that align with global objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Represent the company in key client engagements, partnerships, and industry forums.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across business functions.
  • Collaborate with global leadership to align strategic priorities and share best practices.
  • Identify new market opportunities and lead expansion initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CEO to understand strategic priorities, lead key initiatives, and progressively take on executive responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth, international company.
  • Technically savvy to configure operating applications like in CRM, Accounting and others
  • Proven track record of scaling operations, driving profitability, and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of global business regulations, financial oversight, and organizational development.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and managing cross-border collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • An inherent entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with the agility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving global business landscape
