Role Summary:

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth and acquisition strategies for inKind’s business-to-business (B2B) sector. This role will focus on digital marketing initiatives, driving overall marketing strategies, and building strong relationships within the restaurant hospitality industry. You will also collaborate closely with the creative, sales, product development, and investor relations teams to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement highly targeted B2B acquisition campaigns to grow inKind’s restaurant partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, including their industry, competitors, and decision-makers, to understand their unique needs and pain points.
  • Create and oversee comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising.
  • Produce content that is informative, persuasive, and aligned with the specific needs and interests of target audiences including demand gen (email, web, social, digital ads), thought leadership (blogs, case studies), and sales enablement (presentations, data sheets).
  • Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and ensure KPIs are met including website traffic, lead generation, and engagement.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, providing relevant account insights and supporting sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the creative and product development teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging and product rollouts.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for B2B events and conferences to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
  • Support investor relations efforts by providing marketing insights and materials to aid in investor development and presentations.
  • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • General knowledge of B2C marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty
  • General knowledge of growing B2C channels and multi-channel campaign management 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing and social media strategies for lead generation
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with measurable results
  • Experience with marketing tools and analytics platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media advertising tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated ability to drive both B2B and B2C strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with loyalty or rewards programs is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • The candidate will be primarily located in an office environment, exposed to lighting, temperature, and noise level conditions typical of an office.
  • This position is based in Austin, Texas, with an expectation for in-person work at the physical office location.

Salary:

  • $105,000 - $115,000, DOE
