The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a(n) Revenue Cycle Application Management Engineer (you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.  This position is in our fast-growing cloud hosting team for 360 Encompass solution.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Perform system administration activities, which includes coordinating and managing the post-go live configuration of Solventum applications and interfaces, analyzing workflows while complying policies, procedures and constraints of assigned clients.

  • Perform escalated analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution in support of multiple clients for supported applications.

  • Monitoring of the network, servers, cloud and applications to ensure full availability and optimum performance daily. Utilize software tools and logs to monitor network and system health

  • Assure technical support problem resolution related to Solventum applications and infrastructure through cooperative relationship the Solventum support and Managed Cloud Services teams. 

  • Perform system maintenance tasks including application and operating system updates etc.

  • Willingness to be on-call 

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university AND eight (8) years’ experience in web-based application implementation or support, cloud computing and/or network engineering

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution and a minimum of (12) years’ experience in web-based application implementation or support, cloud computing and/or network engineering in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • Six (6) years’ experience in troubleshooting and configuring software applications and interfaces and web services.

  • Familiarity with Windows Server Administration and experience in implementing or supporting 360 Encompass System and HL7 interfaces.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Candidates with Government clearance are preferred.

  • Knowledge of Cloud AWS technologies and concepts such as Lambda, s3, IAM, VPC, SSM, AMIs, EC2, RDS, EBS

  • Knowledge of and experience with monitoring applications, servers, and/or networks and with AWS SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner Certification or similar work experience

  • Ability to juggle multiple internal and external requests in a calm, friendly and efficient way.

  • Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

  • Understanding of and experience with provisioning and managing infrastructure as well as applications in cloud environments, preferably in AWS.

  • Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.

  • Demonstrated ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

Applies to new hires with a start date of October 1st 2025 or later.Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
