Job Description

Job Title: HR Operations – Employee Services (GRIT)

Role Summary

Support HR Operations across onboarding and other employee lifecycle activities as well as operations compliance. Ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and other employee lifecycle processes, including document management.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate background screening with external vendors.
  • Manage work pass transactions (applications, renewals, cancellations).
  • Perform due diligence checks in line with internal policies/guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and responsive.
  • This is a 6-month traineeship under the Graduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) programme and we can only consider fresh graduates (from 2024) for this programme.
