The Manager of Innovation and Partnerships for HR Technology will lead efforts to explore new capabilities, enhance HR through market research and industry partnerships, and pilot innovative programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Explore new capabilities to enhance and enable HR through proactive market research and the establishment of active industry partnerships.
- Consult and support on piloting of new programs and initiatives, assessing their viability and impact on HR functions.
- Partner with technology enablement teams to ensure HR is at the forefront of emerging technologies and capabilities, contributing to strategic planning and implementation.
- Develop and nurture an innovative ecosystem by establishing and maintaining partnerships with key players in the HR Technology industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions and technologies into HR processes, ensuring a holistic approach to technology enablement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR Technology, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices in innovation.
- Participate in internal Cox councils (ex. AI Council) and remain current on emerging technologies and regulatory considerations
- Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of innovation initiatives, providing regular reports to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field; OR a master's degree and 4 years' experience; OR a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; OR 10 years' experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and applications like Workday, UKG WFM Pro, SumTotal, ServiceNow, chatbots, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of HR Tech trends and industry best practices
USD 88,300.00 - 147,100.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
