Whole Foods Market is seeking a dynamic, metrics-driven Recruiting Associate Team Leader to support our field recruiting processes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HR and Recruiting processes, tools, and technologies, and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environment. In addition to the operational aspects of this role, this individual will provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to a remote team of 2 Recruiting Coordinators (supporting recruitment operation efforts for 500+ stores) and 10 Recruiting Contractors, and act as an escalation support for recruitment issues that arise.
This is a corporate role that can be based in one of our regional offices: Midwest Office (Chicago, IL), Southwest Office (Austin, TX), Rocky Mountain Office (Denver, CO), South Pacific Office (Glendale, CA), Northern California Office (Emeryville, CA), Pacific Northwest Office (Seattle, WA), North Atlantic Office (Marlborough, MA), Northeast Office (Jersey City, NJ), Mid Atlantic Office (Rockville, MD), South Office (Atlanta, GA), Florida Office (Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day direction and leadership to 2 Recruiting Coordinators and 10 Recruiting Contractors
• Oversees team activities, including but not limited to Job Requisition creation, candidate screening, and offer letter generation/delivery.
• Upholds and champions internal service level agreements
• Inform and advise leadership of recruiting insights and areas of opportunity – and strategies that help drive greater performance and outcomes
• Effectively support, and partner with the entire Talent Acquisition team (Recruiters, Leadership team)
• Provides reports and statistics for internal and external distribution
• Participates in ad-hoc projects related to key initiatives and improvements
• Manages onboarding and off boarding process for recruiting contractors
• Recruiting superuser for Workday (ATS) through partnership with HRIS team

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting operations or HR operations
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Familiarity and experience with Workday
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and set clear expectations
• Professional charisma with strong written/verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Proficient in collaboration and excellent interpersonal skills; Listens effectively and develops strong partnerships
• Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
• Self-motivated; Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Professional with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Knowledge of internet software; spreadsheet software. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and Tableau platform or equivalent
• Knowledge in more advanced Excel features including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros
