    The Opportunity

    This is a phenomenal opportunity to demonstrate your coaching and advising expertise to support managers and employees. In this experienced level, client-facing role as a Benefits Consultant you will serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point on matters involving leaves and accommodations, and help to craft future operations. This role will work in close partnership with our leave vendor, Lincoln Financial, and Generalist teams who support in handling standard cases and questions. The benefits consultant is an integral part of our broader shared services team within the Employee Resource Center (ERC). The ERC motto is that with every interaction, the ERC is helping employees navigate through their Adobe journey. Come join the team who is shaping those experiences!

     

    What you’ll do

    • Triage and respond to questions from our internal HR teams to collaborate on cases, assess options and provide risk assessments
    • Liaise with claim managers from our benefits outsourcing team, ensure visibility on complex cases and serve as conduit for information between Adobe and the vendor to ensure adherence to our Adobe values, policy and dedication to crafting phenomenal experiences in the moments that matter.
    • Utilize case management system to respond and action on needs of the employee base; demonstrate reporting and knowledge to surface trends and provide insights back to the business
    • Influence and contribute to process enhancements to support scaling the business
    • Provide urgent support for well-being and crisis management cases
    • Partners with various stakeholders as appropriate (legal, security, employee relations, HRBPs, etc) with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
    • Collaborate with the business on cases where job protection has been exhausted or backfill options need to be explored

     

    What you need to succeed

    • Strong skills in human resources, with deep knowledge of leaves and accommodations processes
    • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities for complex cases with an understanding of the need to be both compassionate and firm to navigate the various business challenges
    • Displays dedication to the employee experience by exercising both attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks
    • Strong communication skills, including written and oral communications
    • Ability to use and recommend enhancements to tools and processes
    • Ability to complete work within constant deadlines/time constraints/SLA environment, with minimal direction
    • Ability to work autonomously and independently, while contributing to team initiatives
    • Ability to build trust and apply judgment to make decisions on cases and partner concerns
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, 7+ years of HR experience preferred
    • Experience working in a shared services function is a plus
