The clinical recruiting team at Babylon is looking for a talent recruiter to be a key player in our future growth and success. Our team is building a 50-state provider network in order to put accessible and affordable healthcare in the hands of every person on earth. This role will be focused on supporting the US recruitment team to hire part-time and full-time providers in high priority launch states.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Determine and implement strategic candidate selection strategies and vacancy advertising campaigns through professional networking sites and job search engines
• Proactively source and attract passive talent, i.e., create and maintain a continual/active flow of candidates by utilizing advanced LinkedIn and internet searching, cold and warm calling, networking, attending events, database mining, referrals, social/business websites, and other non-traditional avenues
• Create new and innovative channels to attract quality candidates in healthcare.
• Manage job postings
• Review applications daily in ATS and respond to applicant inquiries Schedule and conduct initial phone conversations efficiently screening candidate resumes against required skill 
• Conduct in-depth candidate phone screens, including clinical experience, technical acumen, potential value fit and compensation expectations
• Responsible for management of virtual interviewing platform (Jobatar)
• Manage the entire recruiting life-cycle, actively participating in all candidate related activities 
• Manage coordination and communication of all virtual interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and ensure a smooth candidate transition of new hires to the credentialing, enrollment and onboarding teams
• Daily documentation of applicants through Lever, applicant tracking system (ATS)Partner with cross-functional teams to provide progress updates and speak to any challenges and roadblocks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for clinicians (physician recruiting experience preferred)
• Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently
• Ability to work in a start-up, build mode environment
• Agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
