Compensation and Benefits Analyst (Total Rewards)

We are currently building out our Total Rewards team and hiring a Total Rewards Analyst! You will be responsible for supporting the needs of our compensation processes, our corporate benefits, and our W-2 Benefits Team.
You will play a critical role in how our Total Rewards team operates. You will be responsible for reporting, data analysis, data integrity, compliance and process building.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the data integrity of our Compensation and Benefits data
- Evaluating and responding to compensation requests for new roles and promotions
- Serve as primary liaison with third-party administrators, benefit plan providers, auditors, consultants on problem resolution and on general plan administration
- Assist with the development, implementation, and communication of Compensation and Benefit related policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure plans, programs, compensation and benefit related activities operate in accordance with appropriate laws and regulations (FLSA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc.)
- Provide ongoing analysis and operational support to People Team and internal company stakeholders on a wide variety of compensation related items including job role definitions, job grading / slotting, identification and selection of appropriate market peers, market pricing of single or multiple positions, job offers, interpretation of policy guidelines, development of alternative scenarios
- Lead the preparation and submission of annual salary survey submissions
- Support the compensation function by providing detailed analysis for ongoing or ad-hoc compensation programs and initiatives
- Assist with leading open enrollments, new hire orientations, benefit communications and presentations, and other benefit related events and activities.
What you should have:
- 5 years of Compensation and/or Benefits Analyst experience
- Ability to think strategically and work in a fast paced environment
- Inherent drive for process improvement, data analysis and data accuracy
- Strong compliance background
