We are looking for a dynamic Contract Sales Recruiter to help support our within our Technology group.
The Contract Sales Recruiter supports the recruiting needs of our growing company. By partnering with our leaders, you will help to support the achievement of Enverus' goals and strategic objectives.
Performance Objectives
- Develop recruiting strategies utilizing a variety of resources and tools
- Ownership of global requisitions
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment/interview experience.
- Ability to understand complex job descriptions and create a supporting recruitment strategy
- Screening candidates for skills and responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specific requirements and defined competencies
- Scheduling of interviews with hiring managers
- Manage 20-30 Sales Requisitions
Competitive Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a SaaS firm or other highly technical environment ideal
- Proven success attracting and hiring sales professionals for complex sales roles
- Excellent screening skills and responsible for a detailed evaluation of candidates against specific requirements
- Ability to quickly and effectively source passive talent
- Established track record of developing proactive sourcing and mining strategies
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Ability to articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate's motivation
- Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process from inception through onboarding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with an ATS system, preferably Jobvite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Action-oriented and results-driven individual
- Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple candidates, searches, and projects
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
