You will recruit across all brands nationwide with the PLANOLY office in Austin, TX as your home base. 

You will work closely with Traject’s senior leadership to define a hiring strategy and help execute the company’s vision through recruiting efforts. We need an organized, hands-on person with a positive attitude that enjoys supporting a diverse team of professionals.

What you will do:

  • Build a high-quality pipeline of candidates for all Traject brands across all departments – leveraging creative sourcing techniques, recruiting events, referral programs and nationwide relationships 
  • Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers advising on hiring strategies
  • Identifying and assessing a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process; create compelling offers; providing a seamless handover to HR operations for onboarding
  • Implement impactful recruitment campaigns to attract and own Traject’s competitive employer brand
  • Conducting thorough behavioral based interviews and phone screens to assess both technical and behavioral skills
  • Tracking candidate progress in our ATS and providing regular reporting to hiring managers
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
  • Conduct interview training for all employees who sit on interview panels
  • Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion recruiting initiatives to expand the diverse talent pipeline
  • Real passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement. Stay informed of external market factors affecting business areas, identify new recruiting practices and trends and apply industry-leading hiring methodologies.

Who You Are: 

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a solid focus on candidate sourcing is required
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in the software industry is required
  • Experience recruiting for nationwide remote positions
  • Track record of achieving sourcing targets and pipeline quotas
  • Strong project management skills and comfortable with providing timely and clear reporting of progress, data and roadblocks
  • Real passion for innovation shown through creative recruiting strategies and continuous process improvement. Stay informed of external market factors affecting business areas, identify new recruiting practices and trends and apply industry-leading hiring methodologies.
