Corporate Recruiter
Job Summary:
Everyware is preparing for rapid growth and has an exciting job opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running to support an aggressive hiring plan to double headcount before the end of the year. You will partner with the head of HR to define hiring strategies and creative methods to attract quality talent to support Everyware’s growth and vision. You will be responsible for managing full cycle recruitment efforts to support multiple business teams. Everyware knows that people are the biggest investment and key to success. What you’ll do:
- Partner with the Director of HR to strategize and implement recruiting processes utilizing innovative and conventional strategies
- Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, including preparing detailed job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages
- Build a high quality candidate pipeline using various tools; LinkedIn, ATS, online, networking events, email campaigns, and other creative methods
- Maintain a talent pipeline to support future departmental hiring needs
- Schedule and conduct interviews to qualify prospective candidates
- Conduct and assess candidates' match qualifications, rank skills, and culture compatibility with existing teams
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring methods
- Maintain a best-in-class candidate experience from application to onboarding, acting as the main point of contact through the candidate journey
- Arrange and hosts onsite interviews and virtual interviews
- Assist with onboarding processes in person or remotely and ensure a smooth and successful candidate experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience supporting business and technical teams
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods, including ATS platforms
- Proven track record and passion for identifying the right people for the right role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and accurate record keeping skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize numerous tasks at once
- Proactive mindset with solid time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Thrive in a rapidly growing environment where you are depended upon to figure it out and do not mind changing gears on a dime
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (minimum 2 years’ experience).
- Team player mentality with the ability to work under pressure and willingness to go the extra mile
- Other requirements: Must be local to Austin, TX and willing to work Hybrid
