Data Analyst, People Analytics
Our newly created People Platforms & Analytics team is searching for a Data Analyst who will collaborate with Recruiting, the broader People Team, and the business to find innovative ways to deliver meaningful metrics, trends, key insights, and analysis in clear, concise stories for various stakeholders.

As an early team member, we will spend our first months getting to grips with the teams we'll be partnering with, focusing on getting the key building blocks in place, focusing on automating reports, dashboards, and high priority projects, which will enable us to push into more advanced and difficult challenges in the not too distant future.
Responsibilities
- Be a key player in our People Analytics team, you’ll have the opportunity to drive new data processes, workflows, reports, and expectations across the People team and greater business.
- Develop, automate, standardize, and publish reports and analyses to help disseminate data and insights to key leaders/partners to enable and support business decisions.
- Work with team members from various teams and departments to provide team/department level advanced data analysis and reporting.
- Development and maintenance of metrics, data sets, dashboards, to inform decision making and drive continual improvements.
- Use data visualization programs, tools, and techniques to generate dashboards and presentations that aid in data storytelling, understanding, and interpretation of trends and patterns of business importance as well as identify areas for improvement.
- Perform analysis of relevant HR metrics and uncover and articulate trends in the data; forecast and quantify the gaps, risks, and opportunities in order to support people strategy and our team.
- Provide strategic recommendations for streamlining current reporting workflow.
- Document and implement data workflows, process maps, etc. as required.
Requirements
- First and foremost, a strong passion for data, plus the curiosity to learn new tools and techniques, and an excellent prioritizer and multi-tasker.
- 1-2 years’ experience working with SQL and data mining techniques in other programming tools (Python) for analyzing large data sets.
- 1-2 years’ experience working in data visualization platforms - e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- A self-starter mentality who can identify problems/issues and offer workable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Psychology, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- An understanding of HR Business and operational processes is a great bonus!
