Essential Functions

  • Articulate and evolve Forcepoint’s employee value proposition (EVP) and talent brand internally and externally. Partner with the Marketing team to use the EVP to strengthen our talent branding initiatives including social media presence and candidate collateral.
  • Lead employee engagement enterprise-wide including measuring and tracking programs and initiatives through employee engagement surveys and other key metrics.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and leaders to analyze and interpret employee engagement survey key findings. Facilitate the survey results review process and creation of action plans and follow up on progress, successes, and communication. Partner with leadership on strategy & implementation of initiatives to improve employee engagement.
  • Develop and execute short and long-range diversity & inclusion strategies, governance, action plans and programs supporting Forcepoint’s mission, vision, values, employee value proposition and business goals with a focus on integration across business units and functions to help leaders and employees actualize the benefits of inclusion for talent acquisition, development and retention solutions.
  • Develop a best practice D&I learning and development strategy aligned with other leadership development and talent management programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and site leaders to respond to issues that are D&I-related, and to strengthen the behaviors and culture that enable Forcepoint to proactively prevent discrimination.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition Team to drive a diverse talent pipeline through key partnerships.

Qualifications/Skills

  • 10 years of relevant HR or Talent Management experience
  • Related bachelor’s degree required
  • Diverse background experience within a complex global company or with build expertise
  • Culture design and transformation experience highly preferred with a focus on change management implementing enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan
  • Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at translating data and analytics to develop insights, tell stories, drive decisions and measure the impact
  • Working knowledge of AAP and OFCCP
  • Proven track record of facilitating enterprise-level initiatives with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization
  • Collaborative with a natural orientation towards community building and organizing
  • A curious learner who can translate into bold thinking and strategies into practical solutions
  • Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and best in class research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment

We are located in the North Austin area by The Domain, off of Braker between Mopac and 183. Our office patio overlooks Quarry Lake.
