Director of Human Resources
Rex, founded and led by billion-dollar investment and operations Executive Chairman Peter Rex, is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to oversee all HR capabilities. This person should have a passion for creating smart, scaleable HR practices to support hyper-growth across multiple businesses. The Director can quickly build rapport with teammates and provide excellent guidance on complicated employment issues. The ideal candidate is not easily shaken, a proven leader, and has unparalleled discretion.
What you'll do:
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute core HR duties across all our businesses (tech, asset management, property management)
- Integrate HR oversight across organizations in high growth, and also ‘turn around’ while directing HR programs and policies that support these stages of development
- Own and manage all payroll, benefit programs, and all necessary legal deliverables (FMLA, Workers Comp, etc)
- Oversee the implementation of HR Company policies and procedures, compensation, and benefits
- Manage HR team and coach others throughout the company
- Ensure our HR policies reflect and prioritize a “family first” culture
Who you are:
- 7-10+ years experience
- Extreme character, talent, drive, and teaming ability
- The ability to manage HR functions in a dynamic work environment across multiple businesses
- Experience handling visa and immigration issues
- High adaptability, grit, and backbone
