Luxury Presence is a VC-funded, Stanford StartX-accelerated startup, building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We’re looking to bring aboard a Director to lead HR and play a fundamental role in our continued development of a culture created for high-performers. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing policies that protect our business and employees while positioning all for success. Compensation: 135-150k + Bonus

You’re gifted at:
-Project management; gathering information from stakeholders and research, creating actionable plan with timelines and measuring effectiveness
-Working with management layers to craft internal best practices that empower our employees to do the best work of their lives
-The details and would thrive managing the data around our employee journey 
-Having difficult conversations including mediation, spot-coaching, and conflict resolution
-Cross functional communication

You have:
-7-10 years of HR experience at a fast growing company where you have been a part of and/or responsible for policy creation and compliance alignment in multiple states
-4+ years with leadership responsibilities (managing people/initiatives)
-A self-directed interest in learning more about HR best practices and trends
-Developed compensation strategies that have proven to engage and retain top performers across orgs
-Experience making DEI an integral component of a performance based tech company

The most competitive compensation plan, we have a new clients slack channel congratulating reps on all sales and sets. We also do team meetings and send kudos to reps that had solid performance that day, for the week or for the month. We finally recognize growth and improvement even if the rep is not the top dog!
