Director of Talent Acquisition
Overview
Khoros is starting 2021 with a significant growth strategy. We are looking to hire several hundred positions this year and we are looking for a great talent acquisition leader to help us with this growth. This key leadership role has the responsibility of leading our US based talent acqusition team. This leader will balance the needs of a strategic viewpoint of recruiting programs as well as providing tactical guidance for the overall employment brand and candidate experience at Khoros. This role will partner with and work closely with leaders throughout the organization including our finance, payroll, Engineering, and other HR functional teams. With the capability to Deliver results with little supervision and effectively handle multiple projects and initiatives to timeline and business expectations. Responsibilities
Recruitment:
Leads the development and execution of comprehensive recruiting strategies that will guarantee the company attracts and hires top talent, utilizing traditional and modern/innovative sources to create a pipeline of qualified candidates
Creates and maintains an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity, and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan
Participates in organizational strategic planning and provides leadership with recruiting policy development in alignment with the organization’s strategic plan
Partners with Finance and organizational leaders on Khoros’ annual hiring plan, ensuring that hiring goals are planned and aligned with organizational priorities
Manage end-to-end executive and third-party search engagements from contract negotiation to candidate contact and onboarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, and communication with all stakeholders along the way
Develop critical training and development programs for interviewers, hiring managers, and recruiters to ensure our recruiting approaches and processes are supporting candidates from all backgrounds for success
Lead, augment, and form new relationships with external partners and events that promote a diverse and inclusive pipeline of talent across levels and functions
Proactively provide recommendations based on business needs
Data:
Strong ability to process pipeline and other related data, present relevant views to different stakeholders and predict and forecast trends
Analyze data and historical trends at an org-wide level and provide recommendations/solutions to hiring teams regarding pipeline management
Identify patterns/trends in candidate objections and provide solutions to overcome objections at scale
Capture and maintain accurate market, client, and candidate information on our internal recruiting system to facilitate the search process, streamline HRIS processes and enable accurate reporting and metrics
Develop metrics, compile & analyze data to support business decisions, hiring plans and measure performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Organization Development, or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience (Master’s degree preferred)
Seven+ years of professional Talent Acquisition experience in a midsize or larger company
Five years of professional experience leading Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects for a recruiting team, stakeholders, and hiring partners
Certified Professional in Human Resources, as demonstrated by one of the following certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, is preferred
