We are looking for a Director, Talent Acquisition, to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company.
Our Director, Talent Acquisition will drive the strategic priorities of our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. Responsibilities include: monitoring recruitment procedures -- from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators, and identifying high-potential candidates. If you have previous experience in a senior leadership position and know how to build a strong team and employer brand, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help us grow our teams with qualified employees and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership in workforce planning
- Lead and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent in an effort to build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Develop and lead sourcing strategies
- Oversee external partnerships with colleges, job boards, HR software vendors, and 3rd party agencies
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication, as well as immigration policies and procedures)
- Oversee recruiting programs such as internal mobility, employee referrals, and community partnerships
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Manage, train and evaluate a geographically dispersed team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
- Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Director of Talent Acquisition or similar role
- Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
- Experience with high-volume contact center and/or agency recruiting preferred
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
- Good team-management abilities; Experience managing remote teams preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
- Bachelors degree preferred
