As the Director of Director of Strategic Sourcing/Talent Attraction at Medallia, you will be leading the team responsible for developing and driving our talent brand, talent attraction and sourcing with the goal of enabling proactive, globally “ready now”, diverse and quality focused talent pools. This instrumental member of the Talent Acquisition Leadership team is responsible for designing, building and deploying a global and geographically dispersed team of Sourcing Recruiters. Job Responsibilities
Responsible for optimizing all talent branding platforms, channels and opportunities
Responsible for all outbound sourcing strategies
Design, plan and execute innovative talent strategies
Set metrics and operationalize global “ready now” pools of qualified, diverse talent for technical and non-technical roles
Conduct a job segmentation approach to apply strategies against repeating and niche skills
Operationalize a pipeline recruiting strategy within our ATS
Apply predictive analytics and Total Addressable Market data to help influence location and talent pool/hiring strategy
Partner with Talent Acquisition Leaders, internal stakeholders and recruiters across multiple geographies, to advise on sourcing strategies, expectations and drive high quality hiring funnel conversions and outcomes
Leverage all partnerships and opportunities to expand our Talent Brand and ensure we are positioned as THE employer of choice to our talent market
Build, enable and lead a global team driving operational rigor, speed and a data driven methodology and mindset
Familiar with slating and hiring rules; builds diversity into the normal operating procedures and drives diversity sourcing and hiring outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
6+ years as the leader of a global Sourcing/Talent Attraction team
Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years leading global Sourcing/Talent Attraction teams
Proven experience in operationalizing innovative, strategic sourcing strategies
Data Driven mindset and methodology
Experienced, inclusive people leadership and development experience
Knowledgeable about global hiring compliance, rules and regulations
Strong collaboration skills
Subject Matter Expert/Published on sourcing, market intelligence trends, and best in class talent brand strategies
Deep understanding of alternative talent pool attraction strategies (i.e., Gig, Contract, Return to Work, Apprentices, Remote)
