Job Description

The Recruiter will directly impact the speed, efficiency, and ultimately, the outcomes of the recruiting efforts at SecureLink. Since we’re still a growing team, this position will report directly to the VP of People.

Someone who is currently in a Recruiting Coordinator role who is ready for their “big break”; someone who is ready to take on more ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle; someone smart, creative, and hungry for growth. Responsibilities
- Partner with the rest of the People Team, to build out a holistic approach to hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent Austin has to offer. That means that you'll play a critical role in helping us design the candidate and new employee experiences at SecureLink.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process.
- Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
- Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, i.e. cold calling, internet, research firms, user groups.
- Assist in College Campus recruiting efforts and represent the company at Job Fairs.
- Perform other related responsibilities as requested, such as onboarding projects, employee events, and relocation.
Skills & Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 year professional/office experience.
- Ability to work in a fluid, high-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with demonstrated judgment, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Proficient with Excel.
Preferred Experience
- Recruiting or technology industry experience.
