Description
Position at HotSchedules
Are you convinced that decisions in organizations must be based on solid and reliable data? Can you dive into highly complex data sets for hours and still present your results in a few minutes to key decision makers? Does it drive you crazy when data are inaccurate and unreliable?
Three times yes? Sounds like we found a match!
HotSchedules is a leading provider of software in the restaurant industry and we are looking for a talented HR Analyst to join our family in Austin or Atlanta. With 550 team members in 7 different locations on 3 different continents, we need someone in this role who is as passionate about the data as they are about the people who use them in their daily work. Our ideal candidate is also very detail-oriented, so let’s talk about some of the details:
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Integrity: The HR Analyst takes full ownership of ensuring that our HRIS data and compensation structure is accurate and up-to-date. That includes everything from equipping your peers in HR to use the system correctly to establishing and running frequent validity checks and audits.
- Dashboards & Reporting: Our HR Analyst manages all our reporting and dashboard needs to help us drive accountability and data-driven decisions throughout the organization. From creating new dashboards based on business needs and digging your teeth into complex data sets to simply running reports that our stakeholders are expecting on a weekly basis – there is a lot to do!
- Systems Support, Administration & Implementation: In addition to the systems we already had in place, we just rolled-out a couple of new systems (SuitePeople, Igloo, NAVEX) that need ongoing support and maintenance. Our HR Analyst is as excited about ensuring the current systems run smoothly as he or she is about spearheading the implementation and integration of new systems.
- BizApps-Liaison: We use various systems across the company and the goal is to integrate them as smoothly as possible. The HRIS analyst is our link to our phenomenal Biz-Apps team because he or she can speak “tech” and “HR” equally well to be able to translate business/HRIS needs into technical requirements and translate back system limitations into the implications it has on people.
Bottom line - in this role you will own the integrity of all our people-related data in different systems and ensure that our stakeholders throughout the organization have the data they need to make move the business forward. So what are the skills we’re looking for?
Necessary Skills:
- Affinity for a high-performance, project-oriented and hands-on work environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and understand new technologies and practices quickly and recommend a solution
- Exceptional communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities of varying complexity while prioritizing and focusing on critical tasks and issues
- 4+ years of experience as a HR Analyst or related experience with SaaS and externally hosted HR solution management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information, Data Management or a related field
- There is no ability to sponsor for this role. Candidates must have the unrestricted ability to work in the US.
