HR Business Partner

What You'll Do
Iodine is quickly growing and is on the verge of taking over the industry. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to help support our growing employee base. As an HR Business Partner, you will be heavily involved in helping establish best practices across the HR function to establish processes and standards that will continue to foster the Iodine culture.
- Partner closely with managers, employees, and key stakeholders to understand unique business needs.
- Serve as brand ambassador for Iodine, creating online content and other collateral to share our success story and strengthen our employment brand
- Track and report success metrics and use them to inform strategic HR
- Creating employee engagement plans and initiating activities
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employee grievances
- Drafting templates for HR documents
- work with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding. Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Organizing training & development initiatives
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
What You'll Need
Minimum Requirements (Education, certifications and experience):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of HR generalist experience for a technology company (Healthcare preferred), startup experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills, including communication tools, performance management tools and HRIS systems
- Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
- Leadership and coaching skills
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail and analytically driven
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
