What You'll Do:
People Operations at LogicMonitor is on a mission to curate a high performance culture that attracts, retains and readies supremely talented people to do their best work, grow, and be inspired to passionately advance the LM mission. The Human Resources Coordinator ensures the employee experience at LogicMonitor is world class. LogicMonitor is a hyper growth, global technology company, and the HR Coordinator will be the face of LM to our hundreds of new hires! This role is a company culture ambassador and will guide all new hires through their onboarding experience. You will work under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global HR & Total Rewards to assist in all HR related requests, including support surrounding company-wide initiatives, trainings, and programs.
What Your Day-to-Day will look like:
The Human Resources Coordinator will lead exciting, interesting, and complex issues in the following areas:
Onboarding & Orientation
- Own the onboarding and company orientation experience for all new hires during LogicMonitor's rapid growth.
- Work cross-functionally with all our internal departments and our global counterparts in the UK, Singapore, Australia, India, and Sweden.
- Guide employees through completing all new hires documents.
- Coordinate & lead all monthly New Hire Orientations. Work with presenting leadership team to continually update New Hire Orientation content and structure.
- Work collaboratively to design materials and activities that support new hire orientation and ongoing employee on boarding.
HR Technology and Operations
- Lead as an expert in HRIS to provide guidance and support to all employees.
- Partner with internal teams including, but not limited to Learning & Development.
- Maintain electronic employee files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate related to new hire documents and personnel changes (personal info, salary, job changes, performance, etc.).
- Run reporting and analysis for all PeopleOps/HR related inquiries and needs.
Performance Management and Special Projects
- Ensure performance reviews are completed in a timely manner, following-up with managers, and saving reviews in employee files.
- Support HR team in creating presentations and materials for various trainings and meetings.
- Coordinate company meetings, training and events, including but not limited to L&D initiatives, Open Enrollment, Health Fairs, HR program rollouts, New Hire Orientation, Weekly Huddles, and Team Offsites.
What You'll Need:
- 1-2 years Human Resources/People Operations related experience preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus
- Some knowledge of, or an interest to learn, state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour, FMLA, ADA and EEO
- Proficiency in MS office and G-Suite
