That's where you, the HR Coordinator, come in.

About This Role

This job is responsible for the day-to-day needs of the Austin office and supporting the People team with onboarding and orientation of new hires.

On the day-to-day, you'll be:

  • Weekly office visits to ensure that the office is kept up to the standard needed with a hybrid virtual environment
  • Order Supplies and deploy parking passes for the Austin Office
  • Create system access for new hires
  • Help with Compliance process by gathering data and working with the People Team Leadership
  • Asset Management and deployment
  • Work with building management
  • Work with Executive Leadership team on office initiatives

This is a unique role that has a mixture of operations and HR responsibilities. Hyper attention to detail, Emotional intelligence, and strong communication are needed for this role.

Required Skills

  • Experience with juggling multiple projects at once
  • Analytical and detailed oriented
  • Experienced with GSheets and Slack
  • Loves process and streamlining projects

In the first three months of this role, success means supporting the People Team with onboarding new hires, gathering documentation for a compliance audit, and supporting the Austin office with requests.

Preferences

  • One year of HR experience in any capacity
  • Experience with managing operations in an office
  • Event planning experience

Our office is in a trendy area along E. 6th St, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants & bars. We’re also close to the train for commuters!
