HR Generalist
We are actively recruiting for a Human Resources Generalist, to help shape and execute on HR practices and activities across the company. This role will be responsible for a dynamic body of work including fielding HR inquiries, and creating, refining and implementing policies and best practices applicable to all stages throughout the employee life cycle. The HR Generalist will also have the opportunity to provide project management leadership to the broader HR team as well as to partner with the Talent and Culture leadership team on communications and collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who loves variety and/or is looking to increase their HR experience in order to develop into an HR Business Partner or other more senior roles in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to HR Inquires
- Build and edit materials related to policies, best practices and compliance requirements
- Project management for various HR Projects across the team
- Liaison to other functions on onboarding and offboarding
- Creating and managing internal communications materials for the HR team
- Assist other HR Functions (Talent Management, Communications and Engagement) when needed
Requirements:
- 2+ years relevant HR experience
- High level of proficiency with PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills using both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Strong project management, change management, facilitative and consulting skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize time-sensitive requests
- Written and verbal communication skills with partners both inside and outside of Human Resources
- High level experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline or country equivalent related experience
- Workday experience preferred but not required
