The HR Manager at CertifID will play a key role in supporting our people strategy to maintain a competitive, compliant, engaged, and valued workforce. We are excited to position you to work collaboratively in developing, optimizing and implementing people processes and programs while overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities associated with people operations.
What you will be exposed to:
- Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports as needed/requested
- Lead and optimize employee onboarding and help organize training and development eg. industry training, and product training.
- Ensures employees follow all policies and procedures and proactive in changes or creation policies and procedures based on company needs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local legislation as well as the firm’s procedures and policies
- Manage a HR team that aids success in the areas of recruitment, diversity and inclusion, culture and business partnership
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
- Enhance eNPS score by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and support in organization team building activities for a hybrid/remote workforce. Inclusive of performance reviews/lattice
What you need:
- Deep expertise and a propensity for innovation to help build an ER function
- Proven ability to influence and advise on a wide range of HR compliance and contingent workforce issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or equivalent experience and SHRM is preferred
- Previous experience in a software environment preferred
- Previous people manager experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, adjust readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change with composure
