About the role:
Atmosphere is growing fast and it's a top priority for us to take care of the people who make our company great. The chosen candidate for this position will help manage Atmosphere’s day-to-day HR operations. They will serve as a key member of our HR Team and will report directly to our Director of HR Initiatives.

About you:
We are seeking an accomplished HR professional who is skilled in US HR operations, systems, and compliance. Our ideal candidate should have strong technical and interpersonal skills and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 What you’ll do:

• Oversee end to end HR Operations responsibilities, including onboarding & offboarding
• Implement policies/programs that are thoughtful, creative, and aligned with legal regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
• Provide overall vendor management support with current and new vendors
• Support the development of the HR Operations budget
• Manage all US HR data, including employee records
• Provide analysis and reporting on HR data as needed
• Assist with internal communication and change management projects
• Manage a small team of HR Generalists and provide guidance and support for career growth

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of combined HR experience, ideally with 1-2 years focused on compliance
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, especially CA, IL, NY, and TX
• Experience with UK HR is a huge plus
• Absolute discretion when working with sensitive data
• The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfort interacting with people at all levels of the company
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred
