We are looking for a talented recruiter to continue to build out our team, which we expect to double in size over the next year.
- Working with leadership to identify future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Sourcing and conducting creative outreach to passive candidates
- Scheduling interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company
- Developing and tracking goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in a multitude of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- HR degree or certification preferred
- Experience working in an tech start-up preferred
