HRIS Coordinator
We are looking for an addition to our People Operations team to assist in coordinating HRIS projects and reporting, data entry and on-boarding processes. In this role, you will be assisting in maintaining and organizing the human resources information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Essential Functions:
- Functions as an administrator creating and maintaining the HRIS system for all personnel records.
- Supports the Total Rewards team including Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.
- Works collaboratively with Arrive’s Recruiting and Training teams on the onboarding processes for all new hires.
- Onboards new hires and processes all system updates and requirements.
- Maintains the HRIS system including data integrity audits, data analytics and system reporting.
- Acts as the contact for all technical support of human resources software. This includes testing applications, auditing, and creating manuals and end-user training on how to effectively and efficiently use the software and system.
- Assists in the designs and maintenance of the HRIS in support of Arrive’s data management and reporting, including running daily or weekly personnel reports as needed.
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of Arrive’s data within the HRIS system.
- Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
- Follows established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Updates payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Develops ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
- Administer and track employee transit reimbursements.
- Assists in the administration, tracking and reporting of Arrive’s employee engagement tool, Kazoo.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects all employee data by keeping information confidential.
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (Human Resources) preferred.
- 0 to 2 years of experience.

- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to handle basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Possesses beginning to working knowledge of the subject.

- High degree of professionalism.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
- Ability to perform work under direct supervision.
- Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills a MUST.
