What You'll Do:

  • Lead the HRIS team to ensure product configuration and implementation of (Workday) is optimized, business processes are efficient, and the user experience is world class
  • Designs the (Workday) HRIS business processes and supporting module elements, HR, Employee and Manager Self Service, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, Advanced Compensation, HR Service Portal and related business processes
  • Provide leadership and supervision of all HR technologies, this position oversees all HRIS project management, vendor relationships, systems and metrics
  • Provide daily strategic guidance, management, and leadership to the solutions team, ensuring teams are working effectively and in a way that drives the overall HR Operations vision forward, negotiates priorities and support requirements
  • Collaborates and provides necessary teamwork and support with other departments, including Information Technology (IT), Human Resources (HR), Business Management, and outside 3rd party vendors
  • Reviews and approves hardware or software acquisitions to ensure that they are consistent with the business plan of the department
  • Collaborate closely with Information Technology to ensure that all technical standards are met, and integration into the larger Sprinklr technology ecosystem is seamless, secure, scalable and supports the right data architecture
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are understood, translated to product design, and ultimately achieved
  • Being a "ruthless prioritizer" - organizing input/feedback from a range of stakeholders, including clients and users, and translating into product features
  • Assists in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures regarding HRIS and related issues
  • Oversees the establishment and maintenance of security in conjunction with IT
  • Responds to and diagnoses problems

What You'll Need:

  • The ability to translate business objectives and unmet needs into a clear vision and roadmap, with rigorous requirements, then support the execution of that vision
  • Self-starter, able to drive work forward within an agile environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working directly with users and collaborating across internal teams to deliver complex projects
  • Strong bias for action with a demonstrated track record of owning and delivery products successfully
  • Dedicated leader of product people with a passion for building intuitive, user-centered products
  • Ability to understand technical concepts / software applications and to use data, metrics, and user research findings to back up assumptions and drive actions
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a tendency to challenge the status quo
  • Relentless focus on delivering product enhancements that will drive real, measurable impact to our users
  • Excellent team management and talent development skills with prior product leadership experience

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS required in applicable field with 8+ years' experience in management of an enterprise solution
  • Experience leading solutions teams and collaborating across business and technical functions
  • Ideal candidate has experience in the HCM domain (Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, GEM, VIrgin Pulse, Benevity)
  • Ideal candidate has experience supporting a developing and growing an organization
