Assists with the day-to-day operation of assigned system(s), including but not limited to tier 1 and 2 support, data entry & corrections, and auditing. Provides customer support through the sharing of information and data. Serves as end-users’ representative on technology issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service and problem resolution for Team Member and Regional TMS groups
  • Assists with the day-to-day operation of assigned system(s), including but not limited to tier 1 and 2 support, data entry and corrections
  • Processes Team Member information and assists in maintaining accurate records in the company’s HRIS system
  • Performs Workday data entry, research, and reporting, including analyzing, comparing, and combining data from multiple sources
  • Assists in developing new processes as needed, including updating and creating documentation
  • Provides operational support to payroll team with benefit and payroll processing issues
  • Assists with special projects and various duties as needed
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Understands the importance of and demonstrates good verbal, listening, and writing skills in network of business relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize and effectively articulate data
  • Effective interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Requirements:

  • In a typical workday, 90% of time will be spent sitting, 5% of time will be spent standing and 5% of time will be spent walking. Position requires use of hands for fine manipulation
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant benefits experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Workday staffing processes
  • Exceptional critical thinking/conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to quickly react and adapt to changing priorities
  • Good facilitation and analytical skills
