About the role:
Atmosphere is in search of an HRBP to support our Distribution Sales team. This person will report directly to the SVP of People & Culture, but will work hand in hand with the SVP of Distribution Sales and other sales leaders on the Distribution team. The HRBP for sales will serve as a liaison between the sales business unit and the central HR team.

RESPONIBILITIES:

  • Coach, lead and mentor Distribution Sales team 
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales leadership team on HR related matters, policies and procedures
  • Ensure effective communication within the Distribution Sales team
  • Lead Sales Managers through PIPs, performance reviews, critical conversations and more
  • Serve as the culture liaison for all sales teams in each office
  • Understand the ins and outs of the sales team
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team as the HR representative during interviews

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE'S EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in People Operations / HR
  • Best-in-class critical thinking skills
  • Agile thinker
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can manage up, down, and cross functionally
  • Knows how to stand firm in their decisions
  • Detail oriented
  • Passionate about innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Experience working with sales teams is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Love working with sales teams
