What You'll Do:
People Operations at LogicMonitor is on a mission to curate a high-performance culture that attracts, retains and readies supremely talented people to do their best work, grow, and be inspired to passionately advance the LogicMonitor (LM) mission. The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is a critical position in this mission to ensure the employee experience at LogicMonitor is world class. LogicMonitor is a hyper growth, global technology company, and the HR Coordinator will be instrumental in helping to successfully welcome hundreds of new hires while supporting our current LMers! People data is crucial to the success of our business and this role will play a critical part in keeping our data accurate and executing on people process enhancements. The HR Coordinator will be a company culture ambassador and facilitate the foundational needs of the business to meet our strategic goals.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HR function by owning general administration, organization, reporting, processing, and special projects in areas including but not limited to: data entry, e-filing employment documentation, performance management, benefits, employee relations, immigration, and HR compliance/legal policies. The HR Coordinator will manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) input in Workday, updates, processing and reporting, as well as ensure all performance related materials are complete. You will also be a point person for employee inquiries, and create training and HR materials through your strong use of technology. You will work under the direction of the Manager of HR Ops, Systems & Insights to assist in all HR related requests, including support surrounding company-wide initiatives, training, and programs.

The Human Resources Coordinator will lead exciting, interesting, and complex issues in the following areas:
Onboarding & Orientation
- Partner with our other HR Coordinator to own the onboarding and company orientation experience for all new hires during LogicMonitor's rapid growth.
- Partner with our other HR Coordinator to project manage our cross functional onboarding team, including recruiting, IT, HR, Team Operations, hiring managers, and international leads, to coordinate all the moving pieces of onboarding.
- Introduce and train all new hires on our systems, including HRIS (Workday) and Confluence.
- Guide employees through completing all new hires documents including: I-9, W-4, Employee Handbook, variable compensation plans, and other policies. Ensure signed copies of all new hire documents are saved to SecureDocs employee files.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Customer Experience to collect and save signed commission plans.
- Work collaboratively to design materials and activities that support new hire orientation and ongoing employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with global counterparts in the UK, Singapore, Australia, India, and Sweden to ensure consistent and positive experiences.
HR Technology and Operations
- Lead as an expert in HRIS to provide guidance and support to all employees.
- Partner with L&D Business Partner to maintain LinkedIn Learning and Kazoo Employee Recognition platform.
- Maintain electronic employee files and ensure documentation is complete and accurate related to new hire documents and personnel changes (personal info, salary, job changes, performance, etc.).
- Innovate and own processes within our HRIS to keep our people’s information accurate and up-to-date in a real-time fashion.
- Monitor integration functionality and troubleshoot promptly with the awareness to bring in appropriate stakeholders
- Identify operational efficiencies and program cost savings.
- Manage HR processes and procedures using Asana, our project management tool. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner by following up with task owner.
- Run reporting and analysis for all PeopleOps/HR related inquiries and needs.
- Identify and post all mandatory HR posters (i.e. Workers compensation, federal law posters, benefits open enrollment, and others).
- Research and drive continuous process improvement for maximum efficiency as we scale.
Performance Management and Special Projects
- Assist HR team in ensuring completeness of all Performance Review forms and saving to employee files.
- Ensure 90-day review forms are filled out timely, following-up with delinquent managers, and logging forms into SecureDocs.
- Support HR team in creating presentations and materials for various trainings and meetings.
- Coordinate company meetings, training and events, including but not limited to L&D initiatives, Open Enrollment, Health Fairs, HR program rollouts, New Hire Orientation, Weekly Huddles, and Team Offsites.
- Other HR & People Operations related tasks as assigned.
- 1 - 2 years Human Resources/People Operations related experience preferred
- Experience with Workday or equivalent HRIS is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and G-Suite
