Bridgepoint Consulting, An Addison Group Company, is currently seeking a motivated recruiter who is open to a unique recruiting experience.

The Internal Recruiter will work alongside the Financial Operations and Technology teams to fill vacancies within these growing practices, as well as partner with HR to ensure a smooth and successful on-boarding process for all new hires.

 

Job Description

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting process including but not limited to creating job descriptions/posting, sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, testing, tracking, providing applicant feedback, reference checks, salary negotiation and extending offers
  • Partner with technical hiring managers to determine hiring needs, lead weekly recruiting meetings, maintain constant contact with teams regarding candidate updates
  • Utilize internal ATS to track candidate movement and updates throughout the full-cycle recruiting process (working knowledge of Bullhorn, a plus)
  • Source and identify credible applicants using job boards and other unique/creative recruiting methods.
  • Prepare and submit various reports concerning recruiting activities as requested by management
  • Coordinate and attend campus job recruiting events
  • Multi-task and “switch gears” according to priority projects as they arise
  • Function as a member of the Internal Operations team by attending meetings and assisting with special projects
  •  

Job Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting technical positions
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to work both as a team and be an individual contributor
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, technology companies a plus
  •
