Lead Recruiter, Product
The Recruiting Lead will engage with RDC business groups to develop, drive, and execute staffing strategies that are aligned to the business group(s) she/he supports. The Recruiting Lead is also accountable for leading direct report(s) to execute the talent acquisition plan and meet the annual headcount target for business group(s).
Responsibilities:Design customized and executable staffing plans while building excellent relationships with the recruiting team and client groupsCreate innovative sourcing strategies and ensure a high-touch candidate experienceFacilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with recruiting team and client groupsProvide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting teamsEstablish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (Legal, Finance, Marketing, Facilities, HR, etc)Develop, communicate, and manage the staffing resource plan to meet hiring demandLead a recruiting team and own the execution of talent acquisition plan and manage the operational issues that ariseWork in a recruiter capacity, managing the requisitions fulfillment as per resource modelRegularly interface with both business managers and client facing HR to manage performance to plan and facilitate two-way communication and flow of services between recruiting teams and the business groupsDevelop and maintain close relationships within the business to address stakeholder concerns and needs as staffing initiatives evolveIntegrate critical information from many different diverse areas including Staffing, client facing HR, business operations and the internal/external environment to ensure business gets the best talent at the right timeDrive deployment of ad-hoc staffing programs/projects and training to support the businessCompile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans as necessary
Ideal ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of recruiting experienceDemonstrated track record of success in strategy development, recruiting execution, interacting with senior management on business group initiatives, knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, excellent communications skillsDemonstrated influencing and stakeholder management skillsGood analytical skills in identifying and utilizing data to form comprehensive plansSound business acumen and commercial senseProven collaboration skills and interpersonal capabilityOpen-minded and adaptable to ever changing business and market environment
