Khoros believes in fostering a culture of learning and we're looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate, analytical, and loves teaching and training to help our employees grow. In this role you will design, manage and facilitate our leadership development programs and ensure the program motivates and inspires organizational learning. You'll support the organization in building a robust offering of initiatives, programs, and performance management structures that support the development of our employees into highly impactful and effective contributors and leaders.

 

Job Duties:

  • Facilitate learning and development programs for our global leadership team
  • Create and deliver development programs focused on addressing high-impact leadership development needs such as, mentoring, coaching, level-specific leadership development, assessments, etc.\
  • Produce and facilitate trainings in-person and virtually
  • Educate employees about development opportunities and resources
  • Collaborate with SMEs to deliver training courses and online modules
  • Assist in the creation of training materials like presentation slide decks, participant manuals, and reinforcement tools

Minimum Requirements:

Educational/Environmental Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in learning & development, organizational design, HR, or education)
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a learning & design and/or education-focused role


Preferred Requirements:

  • Project management skills with a focus on detailed execution
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset, interested in process improvement
  • Technical savvy with Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ability to learn new software programs quickly
  • Comfort in public speaking to small- and medium-sized groups (in-person & virtually)
  • Team player with the ability to build productive working relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to work both in a team toward common goals, as well as self-directed to complete individual deliverables
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability and interest in interacting with a globally distributed, multi-cultural team
