Legal Talent Sourcer

We offer scalable, end-to-end solutions for processing routine contracts and abstracting complex documents by pairing our worldwide network of experienced lawyers with AI-enabled software. We also offer the first purpose-built software tool designed to help funds manage their obligations.
We are looking for a Legal Talent Sourcer to join the Legal Partnerships team at InCloudCounsel. Our team recruits, supports, and engages with the global legal network that drives our “lawyer-in-the-loop” software solution. The Legal Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in helping the Legal Partnerships team continue to build and scale our community of collaborative, entrepreneurial attorneys.
The Legal Talent Sourcer will report to the Senior Manager, US Legal Recruiting, and the package includes a competitive base salary and full benefits. The company has offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Austin, London, Singapore and Hong Kong. We are open to great candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Direct Sourcing: Work with the Legal Partnerships team to build candidate pipelines for key legal talent needs, engage qualified prospects, and convert leads into legal partners
- Systems & Processes: Help the Legal Partnerships team build and improve key sourcing systems with scale in mind including a sourcing library, CRM, sourcing automation tools, and nurture campaigns
- Programs & Partnerships: Expand InCloudCounsel’s reach into the legal community through creative initiatives e.g., direct message campaigns, niche job boards, ads, events, and partnerships
- Measurement & Reporting: Conduct regular and ad hoc reporting on sourcing activity to identify opportunities to improve overall sourcing and recruiting efforts
Requirements:
- Experience: Professional experience in recruiting, HR, or legal talent experience preferred
- Tech Savvy: Experience working with and a desire to learn recruiting technology and tools (e.g., Greenhouse or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace)
- Communication: Ability to effectively connect, engage, and communicate with stakeholders across the business as well as candidates of all levels
- Creative: Ability to think strategically, intuitively solve problems, and adapt quickly to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- People-oriented: Excited about a role that’s all about connecting with others and building relationships throughout the hiring process
- Detail-oriented: Flawless attention to detail; can spot a typo from a mile away
