ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Manager, People Partner who is passionate about MI data to support our Go-To-Market and Central Functions organization. You will report to the Global Director, People Partner - GTM and Support Services and partner closely with COE's within the People team, to align on the delivery of initiatives into the business functions. You will interface directly with Babylonians within the GTM and Support Functions on People led programmes and initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development and recognition programs
• Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organisational health and effectiveness
• Understand when data will assist in making smart, informed decisions.
• Interpret complex analyses and tie back to business priorities.
• Meeting key stakeholders to discuss people challenges
• Providing guidance on people practices such as restructures and succession planning
• Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
• Influencing and building relationships with people around the business
• Acting as a local point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches
• Questioning and challenging others to get to the root of people and business issues
• Coaching and providing feedback to key stakeholders to help improve business efficiency
• Ability to work within constraints and to challenge the status quo
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking part in complex strategy discussions

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• An experienced People Partner with a solid understanding of GTM and Support/Corporate functions
• An outcome focused and data orientated mindset
• Background gained within a scaling tech organization is essential
• Strong team management capabilities and a track record in coaching and developing direct reports
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to leverage data to influence
